Ruthie (MEd, PGCE) is a Reiki Master Teacher, privileged to have trained with William Lee Rand, Laurelle Shanti Gaia and Michael Arthur Baird in the US. Ruthie’s background originates in the Education Sector, ranging from Primary through to Masters Level teaching.

She is a Light Worker and moved into the field of Holistic Health in 2005 becoming an Aromatherapist and a Reiki Master Teacher. She is a member of the UK Reiki Medic-Care Team working alongside the NHS and has a strong interest in helping people with disabilities.

Alan’s background originates in software engineering and project management. He became a full time QiGong facilitator in 2005.

At the invitation of a UK Health and Care NHS Trust, he ran weekly QiGong sessions on all their in-patient psychiatric wards (including PICU). This led to invitations to run regular light-hearted sessions for people with sight loss, dementia, stroke survivors, the Worcester Association of Carers, various care homes and classes in the Community.
